Access your complete purchase history and download invoices.

Accessing Order History

Your complete order history is available in your account. Every purchase you've ever made on Kalluu is stored there, even orders from years ago.

What You'll See

Each order entry shows:

  • Order date and confirmation number
  • Items purchased with quantities
  • Total amount paid
  • Current status
  • Tracking information (if shipped)
  • Downloadable invoice

    • Downloading Invoices

    Need a receipt for your records? Each order has a downloadable invoice in PDF format. Click "Download Invoice" next to any completed order to get a detailed receipt.

    Searching Your History

    Use the search bar at the top of your order history to find specific orders by:

  • Product name
  • Seller name
  • Date range
  • Order status
