Cancel an Order
Learn how to cancel an order before it ships and understand our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Window
You can cancel an order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Once the seller marks the order as shipped, cancellations are no longer possible — you'll need to request a return instead.
How to Cancel
1. Navigate to Orders in your account settings
2. Find the order you want to cancel
3. Click "Cancel Order" if the button is available
4. Select a reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
5. Confirm the cancellation
Your payment will be refunded within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
Partial Cancellations
If your order contains multiple items, you may be able to cancel individual items rather than the entire order. Look for the "Cancel Item" option next to each product in your order details.
Automatic Cancellations
Orders that remain unpaid for more than 24 hours are automatically cancelled. If you're having trouble with payment, contact support before the 24-hour window closes.
