Update the shipping address on an active order before it ships.
When You Can Change Address
You can update your shipping address as long as the order status is "Pending" or "Confirmed". Once it moves to "Processing", the seller may have already begun preparing your shipment.
How to Change Your Address
1. Go to Orders in your account
2. Select the order you need to update
3. Click "Change Address" next to the shipping details
4. Enter your new address
5. Review and confirm the change
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
If your order is already in transit, unfortunately we cannot change the delivery address. In this case:

Always double-check your address before placing an order. Common mistakes include missing apartment numbers, incorrect zip codes, and typos in street names.
