How seller return policies work and what to look for before purchasing.

Return Policy Basics

Every seller on Kalluu sets their own return policy. You can view a seller's return policy on their store page and on each product listing.

Key Things to Check

Before buying, always check:

  • Return window length (typically 14-30 days)
  • Condition requirements for returns
  • Who pays return shipping
  • Any restocking fees
  • Excluded items (final sale, custom items, etc.)

    If a seller doesn't resolve your issue, Kalluu's Buyer Protection has your back. We'll step in to help mediate disputes and can issue a refund in eligible cases.

    No Returns, No Problem

    Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned, but you can still request a refund if the item arrives damaged or doesn't match its description.
