Learn how to return an item to the seller for a full refund.

Return Process

Returns on Kalluu are handled between buyers and sellers. Here's how it works:

1. Request a return through your Orders page

2. Wait for the seller to approve

3. Print the return shipping label (if provided)

4. Pack the item securely with all original packaging

5. Drop off the package at the designated carrier

6. Share the tracking number with the seller

For a successful return:

Item must be in original condition

All tags and packaging should be included

Return must be initiated within the seller's return window

Some items (like intimate apparel or digital goods) may not be returnable

Return shipping costs depend on the reason:

If the item is defective or wrong: Seller pays

If you changed your mind: You may be responsible for return shipping

Some sellers offer free returns regardless of reason

Once the seller receives and inspects your return, they will process your refund. You'll get a notification when the refund is issued.
