How Kalluu protects intellectual property rights, how to file a takedown notice, and seller responsibilities for IP compliance.

Intellectual Property Rights

Kalluu respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our sellers to do the same. Violating IP laws can result in account suspension or permanent banning.

What Is Protected

Intellectual property includes:

  • Copyrights (photos, videos, music, written content)
  • Trademarks (brand names, logos, slogans)
  • Patents (inventions, designs)
  • Trade dress (product packaging, store design)
  • Seller Responsibilities

As a seller on Kalluu, you certify that:

  • You own or have legal rights to all content you upload
  • Your products do not infringe on any third-party rights
  • You have permission to use any brand names or logos in your listings
  • Your product images are original or properly licensed
  • Filing an IP Complaint

If you believe your IP rights have been violated:

    1. Submit a formal complaint through the Help Center

    2. Include your full contact information

    3. Identify the infringing content with specific URLs

    4. Provide proof of ownership (copyright registration, trademark certificate)

    5. Include a statement of good faith belief

    Counter-Notice

If your listing was removed due to an IP claim and you believe it was in error, you can file a counter-notice. This must include:

  • Your contact information
  • Identification of the removed content
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error
  • Consent to jurisdiction in federal court
  • Repeat Infringers

Kalluu maintains a policy of terminating accounts of repeat infringers. Three valid IP complaints will result in permanent account suspension.
