How to permanently delete your Kalluu account and what happens to your data.

Before You Delete

Deleting your account is permanent. Before proceeding:

Make sure you don't have any open orders

Withdraw any available balance

Download any data you want to keep

Cancel any active subscriptions

1. Go to Account Settings

2. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"

3. Confirm your identity by entering your password

4. Select a reason for leaving (optional)

5. Click "Permanently Delete"

When you delete your account:

Profile information and settings

Order history (though we retain transaction records for legal purposes)

Messages and conversations

Saved items and wishlists

Reviews and comments

Some information is retained for legal and security purposes:

Transaction records (required by law)

Any records related to disputes or violations

Anonymized analytics data

Account deletion cannot be undone. You'll need to create a new account if you want to use Kalluu again.
